About five years ago we bought Okna windows from Jim and we couldn't be happier. They blend in so unobtrusively with the historic character of our old house and the energy efficiency is amazing (i.e.. no more drafts). Last week our house keeper cleaned the windows and got them all of track. I called in for a service appointment and Jim repaired everything almost immediately. I couldn't give a higher recommendation for the quality of their product, installation and quality service.
