Dom had a roof which was 25 years old and showing signs of streaking, he wanted to get it replaced before it started rotted the roof decking underneath. He wanted a skylight replaced that was fogging.
We had to carefully inspect the roof decking after stripping off the shingles, and replace any wood if it was rotted. We also had to get a color that matched the original.
We stripped the old shingles, then we replaced the bad plywood sections on the rood. We installed resawn shake colored Certainteed roof shingles. We replaced the old skylight with a new, Velux fixed skylight.
